What may be happening is that "cold fusion" has been adopted as ColdFusion
by a software development company, whose website includes CF as an
abbreviation. Files with those words may get picked up by spyware or viruses
which find other files containing both LENR-CANR and CF and XXX sites. Being
idiot software, the three get cross-linked and propagated without
intentional malice. I've gotten messages from servers to the effect that my
message to someone I never heard of contained executable code and was being
rejected. Apparently some program hijacked someone's address book that had
my address in it and was sending mail in my name. I'm protected by virus
scanners and a firewall, and I use MailWasher to scan all my incoming mail.
My ISP guards me from worms.
