I found this fascinating, whether or not it's true. ;) The scalar wave technology he describes would explain many of the strange anecdotal anomaly reports that have cropped up over the years, from accelerated isotope decay to anti-gravity. Overall, I like the idea, though it does seem rather dangerous. Imagine accidentally exploding all the Actinides on Earth at once! Controlled decay, at will OTOH, would be extremely useful, if it could be done safely on a small localized scale. If no one clicked on ads companies would stop paying for them. :)
