The He3 + He3 -> He4 + 2p + 12.9 MeV reaction produces no neutrons, but is very 
difficult to achieve.

The H + Li7 -> 2 He4 + 17.35 MeV reaction also produces no neutrons

and neither does

H + B11 -> 3 He4 + 8.7 MeV
