Mills must have spent a ton of money and a huge amount of time to experimentally verify the contents of this patent. The Rossi secret sauce hydride reaction must be somewhere included in this encyclopedic list of hydride reactions. It also looks to me that Mills has secured the intellectual property rights to the catalyst used in the Rossi reactor just by patenting every possible exothermic hydride catalyst combination.
