I did follow up on what G. Harry Stine observed in a long steel rod: http://www.rexresearch.com/dean/stine.htm Stine was only one of a few that ever saw the Dean Drive in the flesh. I have searched for but never found a video of the Dean Drive demo on the Dave Garroway Today Show. I'm sure there is a video tape somewhere??? Stine said: "...I saw the Dean Drive work, and I think I know how and why it worked...If it is impossible, what pushed against my hand?..."

Yeah, I don't think anyone has built a successful Dean Drive.
