I can see the reasoning behind that but what baffles me is if that is the case then why even set up in the US? Of all places that's got to be the worse place. He would have been better off keeping it in Europe until everything / he is ready to go global with it.

I really hope that this secret customer (who is supposedly is also helping him sort out problems and develop the high temperature version) really benefits Rossi's plans and doesn't screw him one they are finished.
