The requirement that a certified service technician be required to refill the fuel supply every 6 months has been a large burden. This announcement is welcome and will ensure that the ECATs become widely accepted. The news keeps getting better all the time. I am not sure that there are any serious issues left to resolve at this point except maybe for the power-up and power-down times. And of course, it would be wonderful if the devices could be miniturized. Dave
