For all we know NI have a couple of fat cats sitting in their workshop in the US to play with.
I'd find this a little more plausible if Rossi's "US office" was in Austin, TX since NI does not have an office in Florida - or maybe even more if he would have mentioned Debrecen, Hungary where it appears NI's R&D department is located and most of it's manufacturing is done.
