No reason for any of your issues is given except that there is no reason that you are aware of to do what makes sense to most other engineers and scientists on the list. We do not have an problem with any of the design issues that Rossi has chosen. Three phase power is common in applications. Good true RMS power meters are used for the input power measurement. Find something with real sticking power or give up.
