In the upcoming demo, how can Mills show that he is producing 10 megawatts of power from a plasma discharge. This power is a function of the pulses per unit time which defines a duty cycle. To get to 10 MWs of power each pulse would need to greatly exceed 10 MWs.
It is not like you can put a denominator on a crankshaft here and he is not converting the plasma energy into electric power.
