I have never discussed Kim's report. I do not understand it. Perhaps you
mean the Gamberale report. If anyone has falsely "slimed" them with that it
would be Gamberale, not me. That is assuming the report is false. If
Defkalion issues a rebuttal to that report and they give me permission to
upload it, you may be certain that I will. I have uploaded several other
Defkalion documents, and I have not removed them. I thought they were
nonsense but I think many of the documents at LENR-CANR.org are nonsense.
It is not for me to judge. I am librarian, not an editor.

It is conceivable he is playing Levi, IH and Elforsk. Not me. If the report
they published is accurate and complete then there is no chance he played
anyone. It is not physically possible for someone on another continent to
make power meters and IR cameras magically misbehave.

It is conceivable they made a mistake about the alumina, but I do not think
so. I and others have given several reasons why that is unlikely, such as
the fact that the IR camera would have to show bogus temperatures thousands
of degrees higher in the incandescent portions than the dark portions and
the ends of the cylinder. Levi et al. would see that. Obviously, the dark
portions are cooler -- they are not incandescent. But not thousands of
degrees cooler.

You, Ahern, and the other skeptics have not addressed the reasons why a
large mistake with the IR camera is unlikely. So I assume you have no
rebuttal. Until you do respond I will assume the issue is settled and there
is no problem.

The same is true of all the blather about steam and hot water from 2011. As
Jack Cole pointed out, Levi said he increased the flow rate and measured
the heat with liquid water only. That's what Levi told Lewan, and me. I
have a photo of the flowmeter he used. It is a commercial unit easily
capable of measuring the fast flow rate. I assume he was telling the truth.
There has been a lot of blather about how friendly Levi and Rossi are,
which supposedly makes Levi "compromised." They do not seem friendly to me.
Rossi had no idea of the results of this test until recently. Levi could
not even get Rossi to commit to supplying a replacement cell. This does not
look like a friendly relationship to me.
