Open your machine up. It's printed on the motherboard itself, on the bottom
right-hand corner, near the expansion slot. You'll probably need to peer
through the shielding to see it properly. On some, it's printed quite
large, on others a little small.
I have recently struck the same problem, when adding a buffered IDE
interface, and somone on anothr mailing list has struck it when adding an
Apollo card.
