Many applications benefits from more memory, especially MUI applications.
The extra money for some extra memory is well worth the money.

If you have a GFX card, I think 24 MB is the minimum an Amiga should be
equiped with.  32 MB is probably the best.  If you don't have a GFX card,
get one. And no, I am not running Windows on my Amiga, but even an Amiga
benefits from lots of memory.
