Well you are almost certainly getting a 1.1 connection. That page would be
impossible to view otherwise. As it is, your problem is purely cosmetic...
Annoying perhaps, but it doesn't seem to be causing any major problems.
(For what it's worth, I've seen similar problems - Voyager reporting a 1.0
connection when it shouldn't be - but I've never noticed any particular
pattern.)
