Why is a better file system not the answer if it can solve your problems.
Since the earliest version of the Amiga file systems it has been well-known
that a system crash can lead to a corrupt partition.

My cache is located on an AFS partition, and though Voyager tends to
crash too often (though not as often with 3.2.12 as previous versions) I
have never had any problems at all after Voyager crashing the system.

I have no doubt that they are doing what the can to lower the crash rate,
but until they accomplish a crash free browser (personally I don't think
we will ever see such for the Amiga) we can ourselves do a lot to reduce
the consequences of a system crash.
