This is completely wrong I'm afraid. The only way a remote host can access
your local machine is through services you yourself provide, or through
flaws in other software you run.
There was an exploit such as this, in Navigator, which allowed you to read
/any/ file on the target host, but it was squished a long time ago IRIC.
AFICT, there are no backdoors that would provide this facility, in any
common Amiga software.
Besides you seem to be talking about cookies, which has nothing to do with
the cache.
