Hi All, As I started this thread it is appropriate that I now lay it to rest.
I have previously been the victim of credit card fraud over the internet and the lack of replies to my e-mails to Zytech caused this old guy to worry. My original posting to WAMUG was to seek information as I had ordered things from Zytech before and was always completely satisfied with how the orders were processed.
In response to my posting I received a number of direct replies from members who reassured me concerning the integrity of the business and expressed the high personal regard they held for Keith Lambert.
Keith has since contacted me and explained how various factors arose which resulted in my situation. The sincerity of his explanation demonstrated to me that his reputation among WAMUG members is well founded. May I conclude by saying that I have no doubts as to his integrity and will have no hesitation in entering into future dealings with his business.
