Hi, Neil

Regarding the licences so far  you have done everything correctly. when
licensing 1Password the application

have separate user accounts on each computer just enter your license in your
user account and the other persons license in their user account on each
computer. if you only have one user account you can enter both license keys
in the application at the same time.

As you have multiple computers I would be using
dropbox<http://www.dropbox.com/referrals/NTIyOTE5MDk>.
