Hi Neil,

Yes, I was just this minute using iViewFox version 1.2.7 to download "Midsomer
Murders". I am using Firefox version 3.6.16. I had the same problem some weeks
ago when I updated to a version of iViewFox-- from memory it was 1.1.21 but I
could be wrong. I too reverted to 1.1.20 at the time. The successive update was
also flawed (it may have been 1.1.22) but the next version after that worked
fine.

You can check the version you are running by going to the Firefox menu and
selecting Tools => Add-Ons. All your plug-ins (called add-ons in the Firefox
interface) will then be listed with version numbers.

I suggest you go to the iViewFox site and get the latest version, namely 1.2.8
and reinstall. Don't forget the command that must be issued from Terminal on
the first use, but you will be prompted to enter that.

By the way, I have not yet upgraded to Firefox 4.0, but the iViewFox site
claims that iViewFox works with Firefox version 4.0.

Cheers,
Carlo
