Hi Neil,

What you have done so fare sounds good. So here is the next avenue. :-) After 
this comes the even more dramatic complete removal and reinstall of Firefox! 
But for now, give this a try:

1) Uninstall the iViewFox Add-On -- this can be done from the Tools => Add-ons 
window.
2) Restart Firefox.
3) Re-install iViewFox. Be careful at this stage to note any prompts to enter a 
Terminal command. I think you only get one chance at this. (Unless this step is 
superseded in the new versions - who knows.)
4) Restart Firefox.
5) Try an iView download

Please let me know how that goes.
