Yes it's a risk Peter.

I balance that risk out by using a combination of Time Machine and Super Duper
backing up to two separate disks on a daily and weekly basis,
and the perceived benefits of using random passwords across all my logins

against

the risk of only ever using a few passwords across all the logins and risking
them all being hacked if one is hacked.

How realistic that risk is unknown really, but I do appreciate how 1Password
makes logging in so easy. I will probably continue to sit comfortably until I
have a crisis such as Stephen did.
