Hi there, I have a Macbook pro which is running out of space. Now Photos is 232 GB. How do I safely move/copy to a hard drive (without losing stuff) and what do I do then re backup etc. It's far too big to add to icloud!
Also any other suggestions for slimming down (apart from obvious, ...nothing much on desktop, emptying caches, trash; getting rid of programmes I don't use) Model Name: MacBook Pro Model Identifier: MacBookPro14,2 Processor Name: Intel Core i5 Processor Speed: 3.1 GHz Number of Processors: 1 Total Number of Cores: 2 L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB L3 Cache: 4 MB Memory: 8 GB Boot ROM Version: MBP142.0169.B00 SMC Version (system): 2.44f1 Rosemary Spark PO Box 781 South Fremantle WA 6162 Australia Phone: + 61 8 6397 6822 Mobile: 0414268043
