Spot on.    This surfer gets very annoyed.    When researching the ability
to back up (particularly to google) is very important.    But there are also
that growing number of sites that take 20 seconds or more to load *each
time* you change pages on the one site.

My information is the majority of surfers are on 56 modems and this will be
a large proportionof the online community until broadband costs no more that
modems to run - maybe even beyond.   Broadband may hit problems if there is
an energy shortage, too.
