I agree, Cheryl. It just seems more intuitive to me to specify such sizes
taking into account all (possible)included elements--content, padding,
borders--than to have to take them into account later when positioning (not
to mention that simply changing a border value in the W3C model, for
example, can throw your layout completely off).

OTOH, I wish the hell IE honored hover for arbitrary elements. Sure would
make a lot of stuff a lot easier.
