Yeah, that's usually the kicker that convinces them. Many start out wanting to be viewable by everything back to Lynx 0.9, but pointing out that (a) these or those nifty features that they want simply cannot be implemented, period, for earlier browsers, and (b) that they'll be paying rather significant extra dough to target a truly insignificant potential market, usually seems to bring the negotiation back to the realm of reasonable expectations.
