Riva - I have a similar script in that it loops through the variables of the form. However, it's being sent as HTML. With that, I'm just using the <br> tag - which works great. It also then allows me to <strong>bold</strong> my objects, and it makes for easier reading by the recipient.
I'm not sure how many variables your form might have, but you could also add an IF statement so that if something was blank, it wouldn't add it to the email body.
