That makes two of you now projecting that thought onto me. I've had thoughts, but I'm behaving today. ;)
My interest in this problem is purely from the system performance end and no, I've not had the experience of migrating a large and poorly architected website which has been problematic from the word go to another platform with a large number of rewrites all running on a development version of an OS, but I suppose I will rather soon.
