Hi Cindy,
You can use markup similar to the following in the Wiki tab of the editor:
{{toc start="2" depth="3" numbered="false" scope="page"/}}
or you can use the Macro button in the WYSIWYG editor and choose TOC
macro, then fill out the fields and hit Apply.
