Some updates about my problem.
I have try all the options mentioned above
- UPS
-Powered USB Hub
- change the power supply of the RPI and the weather station
but the problem was not solved and the the weewx was still randomly 
reporting.
I suspect a problem link to the weather station itselv and the USB 
communication with the RPI and weewx.

I gave up the diagnostic and i have now CRON scheduled a hourly reboot to 
hide the problem.
