Yes, the location in Greek (?) characters seems to be the issue You seem to have registered https://kairos.moudania.com/kolxiko/ successfully in the past with Greek characters according to https://groups.google.com/g/weewx-user/c/9eAWjrvbIAU/m/JUwjf8X-CQAJ so do whatever you did then for that site.
Perhaps your os isn't set to a greek language ? Try the 'locale' command on both systems and see if there are any differences.
