Details:

When you join an advanced game as observer, and you clicked the "quick RP"
option, it would be really nice to know what has happened already on the
field, and with one glimpse this question could be answered.

i propose introducing small graphics such as blood, bones, slime, hair and
clothes for killed units to intensify the battle character of wesnoth.

there would be an option in the preferences to turn it on or off.

in practise it will work like that:

a unit dies, and leaves stuff behind. thats it.

if you tell me its worth a shot, we can start worrying about the images.

possible weak points:

it might clutter up the map / make terrain unrecognizable, what i really dont
hope nor intent, because it is supposed to be a very small graphic on the
terrain hex.

might be considered gore-ish - turn it off then.

might need computer resources - im no expert in this and maybe its completely
wrong what im saying but i heard something about overlaying the image, ending
up with using less memory.
