Details:

First, I apologize for not using svn diff, but I am on a 26400 bps dialup
connection and checking out trunk is prohibitively slow. I only have the game
because I can copy it onto USB drives.

As a result, I have uploaded the changed file instead.

As a result of these threads on the forum
http://forums.wesnoth.org/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=29846
http://forums.wesnoth.org/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=29736
I decided to make a completely correct patch to allow villages to be placed
onto any terrain without changing existing behaviour for any unit. This patch
is the result.

Effects:
All villages other than merfolk villages now have one default terrain but can
be placed on any terrain. They behave solely as villages on all flat terrain
and as best of both on all other base terrains to match old villages.

The following village icons are no longer displayed in the editor since their
behaviour can now be duplicated with shift+click:
Human Snow Mountain
Human Mountain
Orcish Hills
Orcish Snow Hills
Hut hills
Hut snow hills
Hut mountain

Since the definition of the village terrain types now uses macros, the 193
new terrain types needed to support this actually take less space than the
original definition.

No map needs to be changed as a result of this patch.
