Details:

This patch adds the "turn" option to the "duration" parameter of the [object]
tag, which causes the effects in that object to expire the next time that unit
refreshes movement, etc.  This has been on the FutureWML wiki page
(http://wiki.wesnoth.org/FutureWML) since late 2008.
