Hi Caleb and members, Arua returning money to the central government? We could sure do something with that. . . .
Well, be that as it is, it is certainly very unfortunate that out leaders did not make use of the money as it was meant. BUT, it raises a number of unanswered questions: If that money was indeed received by Arua LG, where was it being kept all this while? What was it doing? Who of the responsible persons knew about it? Who did not? Why did the responsible person(s) not "act" as expected? Is there anyone who knows any answer to some of these questions?
