I'm not sure what is meant by this. Articles like [[D]], [[S]] etc continue to
exist without issue.

enwiki does it already for "Species: The Awakening" and "Q: Are We Not Men? A:
We Are Devo!". Reliable sources do not come into it when considering technical
matters such as this.
