As you're evidently unaware of it, this is only the latest instance of the long-running pattern of Technical 13's Bugzilla contributions - frequently making misinformed and/or irrelevant comments muddling discussions, mis-tagging bugs as duplicates, or forking them inappropriately. A basic level of competence is necessary to contribute productively to Bugzilla discussions, and that starts with understanding the basic facts of what you're talking about.
