Well I tried many of the suggestions. Still no POST. Removing the data cables from the hard drives and they are trying to start up.

Seems to me like it is the motherboard. Guess I'll be contacting the manufacturer for a replacement.

Hope that won't be a hassle and I hope that it fixes the problem!

I seem to recall this happening sometimes when the cable has been
reverse (red line on the wrong side of the connection) although
this is unlikely given modern cables/devices which prevent such
reversals. Just a thought...

Yes thats true, but not in this case. The machine was working properly before the problem occured !!!
