Take a look at a file splitting program.  As a suggestion try Jsplit, at
http://www.spadixbd.com/freetools/index.htm.

You can split the files to files on your HD....then, proceed with plan as
specified below.

Actually, sound like you need a bigger HD in the computer.  If your external
USB is only 300mb and you can't move files to the internal HD, that tells me
you are critically short of drive space!

Is your system networked to another computer?  Can you shuffle some stuff to
another computer?
