The Wiki should be changed to "EAP-GTC is protected by the PEAP TLS tunnel".

Isn't the reason one would use GTC is to support secure token cards
and OTP?  Too bad Microsoft decided not to support this... (Now why
would Microsoft want to support only MS-CHAPv2? Hummm... :-)

It's interesting to see that Cisco latest CCX specification (v4) now
adds support for "Microsoft standard" PEAP.
