Hmm. What data do you have? User authentication time stamps could help you find frustrating re-authentications. Association logs could describe how users are or aren't roaming successfully. DHCP logs could show whether or not users are having sessions interrupted while roaming. Signal/noise data would help qualify likelihood of packet drops. Association speed logs could indicate how good the client thinks the connection is.
