Just an update. Problem has been resolved in testing.

We had set the Wi-Fi Direct Client Policy on the SSID to Xconnect-Not-Allow.

In testing we did not have any issues with any other devices.

To get the TCL Roku TVs to work we had to set the Wi-Fi Direct Client
Policy to Disabled.
