It's "iffy" because the FCC allowed the specific band, and now they are
trying to take it back away... two years later. If I never upgrade my
radios, does that mean I'm legal to run in that specific band forever? I just don't understand how they can allow it for 2 years, and then try and take it away and think they are going to clean up the airways.
