I dont want that the sdr radios talks directly with the wsjtx/wsprx of
course it can be crazy.

I only want a universal tcp/ip plug, to hook the demodulated audio from
another sdr software (gqrx, linrad, gnuradio, csdr..). The idea is not be
hardware/soundcard dependent and dont have to use alsa, pulseaudio, etc..
if it can accept IQ data of course much better!

Linux is a great Swiss knife and permits a lot of setups from a lot of sdr
hardware, a lot of sdr software and have a lot of nice data interfaces like
pipes, sockets, etc.. it permits a lot of flexibility and possibilities.
One example si baudline (my favourite fft software) that accepts data from
STDIN and it are configurable as real or IQ data, then can hook to anythings
