Hi Bill.

This is what happens when I double-click the “Tx” area …

If I then start typing a number, the blue selection is cleared and my numbers
are ignored. [On my system anyway.]

[And yes that’s another truncated pop-up message 😊]

In the same vein, the Tx and Rx frequency setting boxes contain
boilerplate/static text "Tx" or "Rx" and "Hz". If the static text was moved
outside the data-entry box, we could click anywhere in the box and start typing
a new value (e.g. on the numeric keypad), rather than having to double-click
specifically on the value part. It’s a small point, but it will help make it
just a bit easier when we’re in a hurry to catch the DX on FT8!

Same deal with the report box: “Report” should be outside the data-entry box, I
think.

Hi OM (Gary?),

you should be able to double-click anywhere in the spin boxes and type any
valid value (same applies to using the up/down arrows or page up/down to move
in regular intervals), there is no need to click specifically on the numeric
part.
