Thanks, I added qttools5-dev-tools and CMake seems to be satisfied.

While you're making changes, there are a lot of year references to 2018
which should probably say 2019.  :-)

And lastly, where do I get "a2x" for building the man pages? Is it in
ASCIIDoc? Installing that requires 800MB on my machine. Is there a smaller
installation method to get "a2x"? Not that I can't spare that room, but
that's a lot for one single binary...
