While you're making changes, there are a lot of year references to 2018 which should probably say 2019.  :-)

And lastly, where do I get "a2x" for building the man pages? Is it in ASCIIDoc? Installing that requires 800MB on my machine. Is there a smaller installation method to get "a2x"? Not that I can't spare that room, but that's a lot for one single binary...

Hi Dave,

a patch or pull request would be welcome if you have come across issues that need fixing.

The easiest way to get around the a2x issue is to set the WSJT-X CMake options to skip the manpage and documentation builds. Configure CMake with these extra options:

-D WSJT_SKIP_MANPAGES=ON -D WSJT_GENERATE_DOCS=OFF

That will save you a lot of time, trouble, and disk space. Note this exactly how it is suggested to build from the source tarball of WSJT-X in this file:

https://sourceforge.net/p/wsjt/wsjtx-superbuild/ci/master/tree/INSTALL

that is packaged in that source tarball.
