I successfully compiled the newest WSJT-X 2.1.0 on Debian 9.9 this morning, and qttools5-dev-tools was indeed the new package dependency. In the next couple weeks I'll be upgrading the shack to Debian 10.
As a side note, I should really check the Debian site more often.
