With this third option it means that Opera will not display any images
that it does not have in its cache.  This is Opera's opinion of what
images it can display and does not relate to the contents of the
WWWOFFLE cache.  This means that as far as WWWOFFLE is concerned it
will see the browser behave the same as if it is not requesting any
images.
