Tried changing from LANG="en_GB.UTF-8" to LANG="en_GB"
and logged out and back in the result was the same So I tried LANG="en_US" still the same. I then checked the FAQ which says reboot rather than log out. tried that and the problem is still the same. So either the is another file the sets the LANG or something else has changed. I guess if I had set up a Launcher I would never have seen it so I can live with it but on the other hand it will be wasting a few processor cycles. Getting a UK map to replace the outline pat of the world map is probably a more important goal. 73 Roger G6CKR _______________________________________________ Xastir mailing list [email protected] http://lists.xastir.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/xastir
