Dear Luke,

I use LXNav V7 vario which is a GREAT vario that does everything you
require....and more...
It uses 55mm hole....but you could use an adapter.

However....it is not particularly cheap...but I think it is worth every
penny.

It communicates perfectly with XCSoar(wind, MC, ballast, bugs, etc). Very
easy setup.
